1. What should we do if it accumulates a lot of moisture on the refrigerators inner walls?

• Accumulation of frost and moisture accelerate in hot and moist climate
• Make sure the refrigerator is level and there is no food or container interfering with the door.
• Do not open the door so frequently.

2. Why does it accumulate a lot of moisture on the refrigerators inner walls?

• Hot and moist climate.
• The door is not closed tightly..
• The door is opened too frequently or for too long time.

3. How to do cold water not dispensing?

• Open the water supply line all the way.
• Replace the water filter
• Check that no water tubes are kinked or restricted.

4. What to do when you not use the ice bucket for long periods of time?

If you will not be using the ice container for a long time, throw out the remaining ice cubes, wash thencontainer with warm water, dry it with a towel, and place it back in the fridge. Then close the water supply valve to the fridge.

5. Whether the gasket can be changed?

When the refrigerator has been used for many years, the gasket may be aging or broken, then the gasket or the door should be changed.

Normally, for the refrigerator, the gasket can be changed. For the chest freezer, the gasket can't be changed, if the gasket has failure, the door should be changed.

How long will it take for the freezer to cool after power failure? If there is power failure, after the power on, the freezer begins to cool.

About the time that the freezer takes to cool, it relates to the food and the power failure time.

• If there is no food in the freezer, the freezer takes 2 hours to cool
• If there is some food, but the food almost does not melt, the freezer can takes 2 hours to cool.
• But after a long power failure, the food melt, if there is some liquid food, the freezer should take long time to cool, maybe half day, maybe one day.

6. Water leakage from the back of the refrigerator

Power off, open the cover of the bottom of the refrigerator, if you find that it is for the water from the container, you can release the water.

If the container is on the compressor, you can pull and remove it then release the water.

On the top of the compressor, there are some damping cements, if you remove the container, they will be broken, we advise you don't need to remove it, you can use the towel to release the water.

If the container is beside the compressor, it is fixed on the compressor bracket, you could not remove it,you should use the towel to release the water.

7. Sides of refrigerator or back of refrigerator is hot

When the refrigerator is working, the room of the refrigerator will be cooling or freezing, the heat that is absorbed from the food of refrigerator will change to the high-temperature and high-pressure gas. The gas enter to condenser and dissipate the heat through the condenser . Condenser is installed on the back or both sides of refrigerator. So when you touch the cabinet that installed the condenser, it is warm, especially in summer, it will be hot.

• keep the refrigerator more than 10cm to the wall.
• Keep the refrigerator to the ventilative place.

At ambient temperature of 25 ℃ (which this standard is using as normal base) the max. temperature measured on coated metal surfaces of appliance enclosures must not pass over 65 ℃

On the top of the compressor, there are some damping cements, if you remove the container, they will be broken, we advise you don't need to remove it, you can use the towel to release the water.

Fridge compartment does not work

Please disconnect the power plug for some hours and defrost the device manually.

Check if there is display in fridge temperature area of the display panel. If no display, it indicates that the fridge storage compartment is turned off.

Please turn on the fridge compartment,usually the control operation :

In the unlocked status, press" fridge Temperature Control Button “ for 3 seconds, the fridge can be turn on or off.

8. Notice, some refrigerator , the fridge can’t be turned off.

• Check if the fridge temperature area still displays 17?. If it is , check if the holiday icon displays,the refrigerator is in holiday function, you should turn off the function, usually the control operation.
• In the unlocked status, press "Function Select Button", select the Holiday function, if the holiday icon displays, Holiday function is on, otherwise, the function is off.
• Check if the cold air outlet at the upper part of the fridge compartment is blocked by food and no air can blow out.
• Remove the food to keep the air outlet unblocked.
• In winter, maybe the environment temperature is less than 10℃ it is same as the temperature in the fridge, we feel it is not cool, in fact it is normal.
• The operations are not the same for different models, if you want to control, please see the user manual.
• If the fridge still does not work, please call for service.

9. Water icon turns to red

When the unit working time accumulate to 6 months, cold water icon will turn to red color to hint user to change new filter. Press SELECTOR button more than 5 seconds can reset water icon to blue color.

10. Water filter alarm indicator

When the Water Filter Icon turns on, it indicates that the water filter needs to be changed(approximately every 6 months).

After changing, or if you don't want to change filter ,press Function Selector button(or set button) for 3 seconds, Filter Icon will disappear.

11. No Power in refrigerator?

Reason:

• The power cord is unplugged.
• House's circuit breaker is actually tripped.
• The power supply voltage problem.

Solutions:

• First check to see if it is plugged in..
• If the circuit is tripped, unplug the refrigerator then reset the circuit.
• Check if the other appliance such as washing machine is on. If not, the power supply voltage is failure, it needs the electrician or equipped with a voltage regulator.

12. Key adjustment is out of control

Blank screen. It cannot be lighted up by pressing any key(s).

• Power supply failure or there is something wrong with the refrigerator.
• Check whether the refrigerator has been connected to the power supply, or disconnect the refrigerator from power supply and reconnect the power plug, then check whether the screen is light. (If still have problems, please call a service)

Adjustment of refrigerator with touch control function is not working.:

• Adjust operation is not right.
• While adjusting such refrigerator, please do not apply too much force as it is adjusted by conduction performance rather than pressing keys. You only need to touch the screen gently. Applying too much force may cause movement of parts and affect adjustment performance.
