• If a CE error occurs during the washing or spinning phase, the weight of the loaded laundry may exceed the permissible value. Interrupt the program, remove part of the laundry from the drum and try to restart the washing program.
• There may be a malfunction in the electronic controller (control board). Disconnect the LG machine from the network for 10-20 minutes to restart the control module, and then turn it on again.
