How to wash shoes in the washing machine

Wash textile shoes in a washing machine. Such washing will be much more effective than hand washing.

However, before loading shoes into the drum, it is recommended to pre-prepare them so that the textile does not come off the sole or fray.

1. The insoles of the shoes must be taken out and washed by hand. Cleaning the soles of shoes of large particles of dirt stuck in the pattern is recommended. When the drum rotates, it will surely spill out into it and ruin the machine.
2. Only machine wash one pair at a time. The drum accelerates several times during washing, and the shoes create additional vibrations.
3. Zippers, buttons, and Velcro on shoes must be closed before washing to protect the door glass and drum from shock. Remove shoelaces. If you don't want to wash the laces separately, you can immerse them in the drum and your shoes.
4. It is advisable to put the shoes in a special fabric bag. If the bag is not very dense, you can put a couple of old towels in the drum and the shoes. That will reduce the vibration of the machine during washing.
5. The mode of washing sports shoes is not available in all machines. If your model does not have such a mode, you can set the delicate wash program at 30⁰С. Turn off the spin will need to be. If the machine has a drying function, you will also need to turn it off.
6. Pour the same powder into the powder compartment for a regular wash. If you wash white shoes, you need to use powder for washing white.
7. Dry-washed shoes in a well-ventilated area at room temperature (18-22⁰С). Before drying, fill it with white paper. Do not put wet shoes in the sun or on a heating radiator.
8. Machine wash only high-quality shoes.
